THE MISSION OF HCCI IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL PEOPLE AS WELL AS TO RECOGNIZE, CELEBRATE, AND PRESERVE LATINO ARTS, HERITAGE, CULTURE AND VALUES.
