Mission
Building Bridges equip inclusive leaders with the skills they need to transform divides in their communities. Building Bridges two key program areas are Transform and Shift. Transform brings together diverse young people from Metro Denver high schools for a year-long, life-changing, and empowering experience. Together, participants develop and deepen communication, relationship building, and leadership skills such as self-awareness, confidence, and empathy. Shift offers professional learning opportunities for adults looking to deepen their communication skills and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Shift also provides customized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultation for nonprofits and institutions.
