Mission

Support of grassroots community development through funding of projects affecting over 3000 people in 110 communities throughout El Salvador. Ongoing projects include microlending with women's committees in 30 communities in rural Cuscatlan including start up funds of up to $2500 per community for microcredit loans and ongoing training and technical assistance, trainings for women in agriculture, reproductive rights and domestic violence prevention in rural Cuscatlan, community radio in rural Cabanas, community organizing training for 80 ADESCOs throughout the country, post-secondary education support for youth in Cuscatlan, UCA Scholarship program, and scholarships for 10 high school and college students, a community clinic and a school in Cuscatlan.
