Mission
Founded in August 2018, The Nines helps underprivileged teenage girls by providing them with personalized gift boxes including nine items of donated clothing and accessories based on a style guide each girl fills out, with the goal of building self-esteem and providing critically needed clothing items.In addition to giving recipients access to essential items they need, The Nines helps build self confidence by allowing the girls to express their preferences and develop their own unique style. The Nines was built on the premise that every young girl, regardless of socioeconomic class, deserves to receive functional, clean clothing that is curated specifically with her preferences in consideration. The Nines is dedicated to fostering self-esteem and achievement in young girls.
