Mission
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes such as charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes, including for each purposes, the making of distributions in support of children and their family, to organizations that support the care of children and their family, and/or organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code (the code). To this end, the corporation shall help children and their family with proper care and maintenance, food, shelter, clothing, educational and extracurricular activities, and all other activities for the well-being, maintenance, and betterment of children.
