Mission
To establish and maintain an organization that will increase and improve access to healthy food choices for community residents by locating the market in an area that is currently designated by the USDA as a healthy food desert, working with food stamp programs to increase the buying power of low income individuals using food stamps to purchase healthy foods, providing educational information and demonstrations on healthy cooking and eating habits and the weekly collection of food from market vendors to be donated to local food banks.
