Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including without limitation, to:(a) Provide opportunities for recreational and competitive youth sporting activities and outdoor and indoor field facilities for use by parent-coached teams for such youth sporting activitities, including for baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball and other field and court sport activities.(b) Transact such lawful business for which a not-for-profit corporation may be organized under the laws of Kansas and within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
