THE MISSION OF CELEBRATEONE IS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BABIES IN FRANKLIN COUNTY THAT LIVE AND THRIVE TO AGE ONE BY ELIMINATING PREVENTABLE SLEEP-RELATED DEATHS, REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PRE-TERM BIRTHS AND IMPROVING SERVICE DELIVERY TO FAMILIES MOST IMPACTED BY HEALTH DISPARITIES. INFANT MORTALITY IS A COMPLEX, SYSTEMIC PROBLEM THAT RESULTS FROM BABIES BORN TOO SOON OR TOO SMALL, UNSAFE SLEEP PRACTICES, SMOKING, BIRTH DEFECTS, AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS IN DISADVANTAGED NEIGHBORHOODS.
