Mission
HOPE NOW is a non-profit dedicated to home preservation.The Corporation is organized, and shall be operated, exclusively for any or all charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes that may qualify it as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time (the "Code"), and exempt it from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Code. The Corporation shall accomplish such purposes by activities including. but not limited to (a) assisting senior and other distressed homeowners with a demonstrated financial need to avoid foreclosure, and (b) sponsoring conferences and other events and activities in support of homeownership initiatives.
