Mission
The Hope Exists Foundation is a non-profit organization funded by grants and donations to create safer and healthier communities. Our primary mission is to address various community needs through mobile outreach units. These units focus on tackling food insecurities, linking individuals to substance use and mental health treatment services, and offering follow-up case management to ensure ongoing support. Furthermore, we are also committed to veterans' suicide prevention efforts, providing essential interventions and support services to those in need withinthis demographic.
