OUR STRONGHOLD TRANSITION PROGRAM SERVES NEWLY TRANSITIONED SERVICE MEMBERS OF SPECIAL FORCE OPERATIONS TO BUILD A NEW LIFE OUTSIDE THE MILITARY FOCUSING ON REHABILITATION AND MENTAL HEALTH.
