THE AWARD IS A COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM INTENDED TO IDENTIFY AND CONSIDER CREATIVE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING ON BAINBRIDGE ISLAND OR WHOSE PRINCIPAL WORK IS BASED ON BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, AND HAVE DISPLAYED AN ONGOING COMMITMENT TO THEIR CHOSEN FIELD.
