Urban Specialists equips empowers and deploys changemakers to disrupt violence and poverty and rebuild safe thriving urban communities. Through community-based mentoring leadership training and cultural engagement initiatives Urban Specialists identifies and supports credible messengers who address the root causes of conflict and promote peace purpose and opportunity. The organization partners with schools faith communities local leaders and civic institutions to transform neighborhoods from within-restoring hope fostering unity and cultivating the next generation of urban changemakers.
