THIS IS DONE BY ADDRESSING INSTITUTIONAL AND SYSTEMIC RACISM. REBUILDING THE VILLAGE ENCOURAGES STRONGER CIVIC PARTICIPATION BY PEOPLE OF COLOR AND OTHER HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED GROUPS.
