Mission
It is a non profit organization organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future United States Internal Revenue law. SSKH shall not have or exercise any power or authority either expressly, by interpretation or by operation of law, nor shall it directly or indirectly engage in any activity, that would prevent SSKH from qualifying (and continuing to qualify) as a corporation described in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, contributions to which are deductible for federal income tax purposes.
