THE BLUE WATER SCHOLARSHIP FUND AIMS TO INTRODUCE THE NEXT GENERATION TO THE MARITIME INDUSTRY AND ITS MANY OPPORTUNITIES. THE BLUE WATER SCHOLARSHIP FUND INTENDS TO AWARD A NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY BETWEEN $250 AND $15,000 EACH BASED ON THE MERIT OF THE APPLICANTS RECEIVED AND THE FINANCIAL POSITION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND DURING THE YEAR. THE MAXIMUM SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT MAY BE EXCEEDED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTORS DEPENDING ON THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE STUDENT.
