Mission
The Shepherd's Inn is a Pregnancy Support Center in Idaho Falls that has been providing free, high-quality individualized support to local youth, young adults, and their children since 1998. Our mission is "making a difference, two lives at a time", and we strongly believe that healthy, supported parents, grow healthy, supported children. The Shepherd's Inn's aim/goal is that our clients have safe, healthy pregnancies and transition well into being successful parents. A Shepherd's Inn Pregnancy Support Counselor meets weekly with clients to build a relationship, provide education and emotional support. Each client formulates a parenting plan that addresses their unique barriers to successful parenting. We help clients create and achieve individualized goals that they set, for themselves and their babies, through our curriculum and access to community services.
