The stated vision of the Conscious Youth Solutions, Inc is an individualized approach to cradle to career readiness. Its mission is to empower and connect underserved youth and millennials to advanced workforce training and career exploration. The purposes of the Conscious Youth Solutions are as follows: Conscious Youth Solutions, Inc is a non-profit 501 c 3 organization that provides workforce training and career exploration. It is responsive to the needs of the community by: Establishing a foundation for youth socio-economic activities; Developing and presenting educational programs, seminars, conferences, and workshops that facilitate workforce training, career exploration, and diversity & inclusion awareness; Serving as a resource for and a conduit to youth and diversity related educational and networking opportunities; * Exploring community partnerships that support the mission of the Conscious Youth Solutions; Promoting and celebrating the enrichment of diversity
