LULAC The League of United Latin American Citizens www.lulac.org is the oldest and largest Hispanic civil rights organization in the country. LULAC advances the economic condition educational attainment political influence health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 700 LULAC councils nationwide. North Texas LULAC District 3 serves 27 counties and has the largest high school student and college student membership in Texas. Our councils connect the community to a network of individuals ready to work to advance civil rights for all. Our councils are separated into three levels Adult councils Collegiate Councils and Youth.
