Mission
The mission of Support for Heart Consciousness Church (SHCC) is to provide financial and other support to Heart Consciousness Church (HCC) during the difficult period of recovering and rebuilding after the almost total destruction of HCC's income-producing capacity by the 2015 Lake County Valley Fire. SHCC is accomplishing its exempt purpose of supporting HCC by holding, investing and gradually repaying investment funds originally borrowed from HCC. The New Age Church of Being and Solutions for Today are alternative vehicles for support. For members of the public served by the supported organizations, SHCC may construct religious, educational and public gathering facilities, and conduct educational and religious activities, such as workshops, lectures and classes. SHCC may also carry on activities and programs that benefit the supported organizations, such as consulting, fundraising, planning, or management assistance.
