Mission
HISCEC Foundation Inc.'s mission is to improve the well-being of underserved individuals and communities through charitable, educational, humanitarian, and community development initiatives. The organization provides educational programming, community outreach, digital literacy support, economic empowerment initiatives, and technical assistance designed to expand access to educational and community resources for underserved populations. Program Service Accomplishments: During the tax year, HISCEC Foundation Inc. conducted charitable and educational activities focused on supporting underserved entrepreneurs, Spanish-speaking communities, and economically disadvantaged individuals through no-cost or low-cost educational resources, community outreach initiatives, and public-benefit programming. Program activities included educational workshops, financial literacy training, digital education resources, community support services, and technical assistance intended to improve access to edu
