THE PROJECT IS ALMOST COMPLETELY FUNDED. THE OVERALL COST OF THE PROJECT INCREASED OVER THE LAST EIGHT MONTHS, LARGELY DUE TO THE NEED TO HIRE SUBCONTRACTOR HELP DUE TO LOSING SEVERAL VOLUNTEERS DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HAS OFFSET SOME OF THE COST INCREASES WITH DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, SALES FROM THE RESTORE AND OTHER GRANTS. THIS $17,500 REQUEST WILL HOPEFULLY BE THE FINAL FUNDING NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE SECOND TRIPLEX AND OFFSET THE COST OF SUBCONTRACTOR LABOR.
