Mission
The Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The purposes of the Corporation include the receipt, management and expenditure of funds received from donations. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes and not by way of limitation thereof, the Corporation is organized for educational and charitable purposes for the benefit of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District.
