Mission
Eremos, a center of contemplative life, helps people of all walks of life and any (or no) faith tradition step back from daily distractions to behold the mystery of the Divine in the spaciousness of silence. From the intimacy of this communion, people can experience a sense of peace and oneness that empowers them to live and love more fully.We support this invitation to step back via workshops, spiritual direction, retreats, on-going contemplative groups, conversations with spiritual leaders around the country, and book studies all for a reasonable fee. Scholarships are always available for anyone in need.We had 1172 touchpoints or opportunities for engagement with our community in 2024 (an increase of 6.7% versus 2023), whether through an intimate in-person workshop of 8-10 or via a popular Zoom event with over 50 people. In addition, we attained an open rate of between 45% - 50% regularly of our twice-weekly e-newsletters (also posted on Facebook and the website) to over 825 individu
