PROVIDENCE NETWORK IS AN URBAN,CHRISTIAN FAITH BASED, TRANSFORMATIONAL HOUSING ORGANIZATION THAT HELPS IMPOVERISHED MEN, WOMEN AND FAMILIES HEAL FROM ADDICTIONS, ABUSE AND HOMELESSNESS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT, PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. WE ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH A LIVING-IN-COMMUNITY MODEL THAT INCLUDES A 2-YEAR "FIRSTSTEP" TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM OF INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, GROUP THERAPY, VOCATIONAL ASSISTANCE, LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, SPIRITUAL NURTURANCE, AND STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY WITH "24/7" LIVE-IN STAFF. GRADUATES ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE THEIR GROWTH IN OUR "NEXTSTEP" DRUG & ALCOHOL-FREE AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES.
