Mission
To promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, community, and place of worship. To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents may cooperate in the education of children and youth. To provide a forum for the discussion and foster communication between parents, administrators, educators, and the community. To enhance the educational facilities and opportunities for the students of BCS that are not otherwise provided for in the school budget by raising money for that cause. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
