Mission
The mission of the BCFJC is to assist victims of domestic violence in their journey from survivor to thriver. The BCFJC stands as a beacon of hope for survivors of intimate partner violence IPV family violence and other forms of interpersonal violencelike sexual assault child abuse stalking and human trafficking. The BCFJC is a collaborative effort that brings together professionals from various fields under one roof to meet the key needs of survivors. The BCFJC Foundation exists to support the structure and purpose of the BCFJC by serving as its financial agent raising funds for program and victim services advocating for its unique system of comprehensive victim services and supporting the community partnerships that help it thrive. The primary goal of the Foundation is to support the BCFJCs efforts to provide victims with easier access to legal and social services for victims in one centralized location.
