TO FURTHER AID THE DEPT., THE FOUNDATION CONDUCTS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPS PROGRAMS THAT WILL COMMUNICATE TO THE PUBLIC, THE AIMS, OBJECTIVES AND NEEDS OF THE DEPT. AND COMM.
