THE INSTITUTION SERVES AS A FLAGSHIP HUB OF ARTS & CULTURAL EDUCATION FOR CENTRAL AND EASTERN KENTUCKY, AND AIMS TO FOSTER CIVIC DIALOGUE THROUGH CREATIVE AND ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL PEOPLE, HONORING THE RICH DIVERSITY OF VOICES IN OUR RURAL COMMUNITIES.
