Mission
Henderson County Senior Citizens, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation. The Organizations primary mission is to discover and identify specific problems and needs of older persons; to promote the development of services to meet the special needs of senior citizens; to coordinate and evaluate services and programs of all agencies delivering services to seniors in Henderson County; to be a community focal point on aging where person 55 and older, as an individual or in groups, come together for services and activities which enhance their dignity, support their independence and encourage their involvement in and with the community.
