Mission
The purpose of the Greater Marco Family YMCA is to improve the lives of all on Marco Island and surrounding areas by connecting individuals, families, and communities with opportunities based on Christian values that strengthen spirit, mind, and body. We put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through its programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We are more than just programs, partnerships, and numbers. The YMCA is about engaging and connecting its members and making an impact and investment in its community. Everyone has their reasons for becoming a member, volunteering, or participating in YMCA activities and programs. The Greater Marco Family YMCA, Inc. offers a place where people can gather in the pleasures of good company and develop friendships as well as opportunities for fellowship. The Greater Marco Family YMCA, Inc. will continue to build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities while making the YMCA a "home away from home" for all.
