WE EMPHASIZE HEALTH MAINTENANCE, PREVENTION, PROMOTION AND EDUCATION IN SELF-CARE. CHCP'S EMBRACES A HOLISTIC PHILOSOPHY OF HEALTH CARE, AND ENCOURAGES THE SPIRITUAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AS WELL AS THE PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF HEALTH CARE.
