IN 1999, LSS FORMED AN AFFILIATE, LSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. (LPM) TO OWN PROPERTY AS A TAXEXEMPT ENTITY. LPM'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS MADE UP OF SELECT MEMBERS OF THE LSS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
