Mission
The mission of the United Way of the Florida Keys is to be the leader in community caring. All funds raised in the Keys stays in the Keys United Way of the Florida Keys (UWFK) helps build and support strong working families by providing financial support to local non-profit organizations that provide critical services to our neighbors in need from food pantries to shelters. UWFK engages in advocacy with other non-profits to that end. The community impacts focus areas, around which our work and funding to local non-profits are oriented, are 1) access to quality, nutritious food and 2) support for early childhood and youth development.
