Mission
Georgia Aids Coalition is a 501c3, not for profit corporation created in 1989 as an advocate and educational resource for the formation and articulation of public policy regarding HIV/AIDS. GAC is dedicated to ensuring ethical decision making on HIV/AIDS; educating and updating the general public as well as government and non-government agencies and public officials on HIV/AIDS; promoting collaboration among orgnizations with a similar focus; informing individuals with HIV/AIDS on legislation; and developing community coalitions to provide needed HIV prevention and testing campaigns.
