Mission
Community Faith Outreach Mission is to establish/foster the creation & implementation of planned activities geared to raise the economic, educational & social levels of minorities residing in Palm Beach & Broward Counties. Also promote community-wide interest & concern for social problems through community engagement, forming partnerships & other collaborations to make a difference on this life's journey. Community Faith Outreach seeks to incrementally connect with people of like-minded passions who are willing to serve underprivileged minorities and others residing in the service areas. Our fervent desire is to foster & promote community-wide interest & concern for the problems in the communities to reduce group discrimination & social stigmas through relationship building alliances with genuine team work through partnerships with Social Service & the Faith-Based through pray networks, joint food & clothing distribution, collaborative nutrition & health education, & housing resources.
