THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH HAS CONSISTENTLY BEEN RECOGNIZED AS A CHARITABLE OBJECTIVE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDING HOSPITAL CARE TO MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE HUDSON VALLEY HOSPITAL CENTER, A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION.
