Mission
The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively to receive, administer, and expend funds to promote and represent the common business interests of and improve business conditions among members of the Colorado farmers market industry, within the meaning of §501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or any successor provision)(hereinafter "Internal Revenue Code"). In furtherance of such purposes the Corporation may promote, establish, conduct, and maintain activities on its own behalf or it may contribute to or otherwise assist other corporations, organizations, and institutions carrying on such activities.
