Mission
At WARM, we bring together volunteers and trusted contractors to take care of urgent home repairs-so people can live safely, independently, and with dignity. We focus on repairs that impact health and accessibility for homeowners who may not have the resources to fix critical issues on their own. We partner with community organizations, regional governments, and local service providers to be proactive and focus on repairs that can be detrimental to one's health and accessibility. WARM's areas of impact are affordable housing preservation, health and wellness, workforce development, and disaster resiliency. The majority of our funding is from government sources (69%) and private support (29%).
