THIS BULK OF THIS GRANT WILL HELP PAY FOR THE SALARIES OF TWO EXISTING STAFF AND WOULD ENABLE US TO HIRE ONE ADDITIONAL PART-TIME PERSON. THIS WILL DIRECTLY IMPACT HOW MANY OFFERINGS WE CAN BRING TO THE PUBLIC, SUCH AS: 1) EXPANDING THE NUMBER OF HOURS/DAYS THE PUBLIC CAN VISIT THE MUSEUM; 2) CREATING AND PRESENTING EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR/IN SCHOOLS; 3) CREATING AND DELIVERING PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TARGETED TO REACH OUR UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES; AND 4) DEVELOPING PROGRAMMING OPPORTUNITIES RELATED TO OUR EXHIBITS. THE MONEY WILL ALSO SUPPORT COSTS RELATED TO VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING, EXHIBIT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT, AND MISCELLANEOUS OPERATING EXPENSES.
