The purpose of this grant is to support Bacon Street's clinical counseling program which serves youth (ages 9-17), young adults (18-26), and their families with trauma-informed, evidence-based services for mental health and substance use. Services can include assessment to determine appropriate levels of care, comprehensive mental health and substance use counseling, prevention education, and harm reduction programs, diagnosis, therapy, case management, and wraparound care. Also provided are outpatient clinical counseling to economically and demographically vulnerable families.
