THE PUBLICATION OF THOSE TWO ISSUES WOULD ENABLE THE OTMG TO RESUME OUR NORMAL BILLING CYCLE FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS, THUS FUNDING THE COMING MONTHS' OPERATIONS; IT WOULD ALSO ATTRACT NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS, PARTICULARLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UPDATED WEBSITE THAT NCHC FUNDING IN 2020 MADE POSSIBLE, AS WELL AS PERMIT US TO RESUME OUR NORMAL FUNDRAISING (THOUGH GRANT FUNDS WOULD NOT BE SPENT ON FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES).
