Solidarity is a faith-based community service organization in northern Orange County, California that supports under-resourced Latino families through building relationships in the community using after school support and counseling. SRM provided grants for 15 of their youth under the oversight of UYWI to join with four other youth groups in southern California to actively participate in a 6-day residential summer camp in the mountains near Yosemite. The XLR8 camp session provides outdoor experiences that grow life skills, character, relationships, and faith for youth to thrive.
