Mission
Doctors for Drug Policy Reform (D4DPR) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to advance public health through evidence-based drug policy reform. The organization educates policymakers, health professionals, and the public on the health effects of drug use and the consequences of drug laws; develops and disseminates scientific, clinical, and policy analyses; and promotes approaches that reduce harm, improve access to treatment, and decrease stigma associated with substance use disorders. D4DPR engages in nonpartisan research, education, and public health advocacy consistent with its mission to improve health outcomes and inform rational, science-driven drug policies
