Mission
The Midday Charity Foundation is dedicated to improving the life and health of those living both within and outside the USA including the lives and health of those within the Gig Harbor community by engaging in such actions which may from time to time authorized by the Board of Directors; provided however that the purposes for which the corporation is formed shall at all times be consistent with Section 501c3 of the IRS code of 1986 including within such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501c3.
