Mission
The Foundation has been organized to raise funds and support the maintenance, restoration and preservation of the exterior (and fundamental interior supporting structures) of historically and architecturally significant buildings and improvements of the Edgartown Yacht Club (the "Significant Historic Properties and "Club", respectively) in Edgartown, Massachusetts, to foster public awareness of and appreciation for these buildings and improvements and their architects, builders and craftsmen and to support the work and goals of historical preservation in the Edgartown area.
