Mission
The purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows: To build networks of political, economic and cultural leaders within communities of color to educate, connect and train the next generation of leaders to solve the problems of the new millennium with a sustainable solutions based approach as the nation transitions to a majority minority populace over the next 30 years. Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC") as now in force or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under IRC § 501(c)(3).
