Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (hereinafter the "Internal Revenue Code"), or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. In furtherance of its exclusively charitable and educational corporate purposes, which include without limitation (i) improving the lives of Cambodian children, young adults and their families, (ii) providing educational opportunities for Cambodian street children, street-working children and children from impoverished families (including young adults), (iii) providing Cambodian street children, street-working children and children from impoverished families (including young adults) a safe place to eat and bathe and study both Khmer and English, the opportunity to take part in artistic activities to encourage their self-expression, access to good basic healthcare and access to free education at local state-run school
