THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED SPECIFICALLY FOR AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SUCH RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.THE FOUNDATION IS A NON-OPERATING VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING, MANAGING AND DISTRIBUTING GIFTS MADE TO THE FOUNDATION FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MY BE DIRECTED IN WRITING BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE FOUNDATION'S TERRITORY SHALL BE THE COUNTIES OF DIVIDE, MCKENZIE AND WILLIAMS IN NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA.
