The Purpose of the organization is: a to operate exclusively for the promotion of civic action and social welfare by promoting the common good and general welfare of the residents of and visitors to the State of Michigan b to support public policies on the Federal State and local levels that will bring about civic betterments and social improvements to Michigan c to support programs aimed at improving Michigans business climate and employment opportunities d to encourage and advocate citizen participation in political civic and governmental events and associated activities e to support activities and programs that improve the quality and effectiveness of government for the state of Michigan f to support charitable causes including but not limited to lessening the burdens of government gto conduct and carry on all or the forgoing activities in any state or territory of the United States in conformity with the laws of such state or territory
